First phase
Zero Station
Estimated duration of one month or month and a half from the start date.
40 minute meetings with each one. Preparation of a baseline status report that contains a personalized Action Plan for the company.
Second phase
Hacking
Duración estimada entre 3 – 6 – 12 meses aproximadamente.
Hacking the way participants in the Program think, make decisions and act.
Seis sesiones de trabajo on line o presencial de 120 minutos de duración cada una. El contenido de las sesiones de trabajo se determinará después de Estación Zero y tendrán como objetivo el crecimiento del negocio. Las sesiones de trabajo se realizarán una por semana o, en su caso quincenalmente.
Third phase
Monitoring & support
Six online work sessions of 90 minutes each, one per month for the six months following the completion of the Hack.
Before each of the sessions, the participants will send the consultant the questions they deem appropriate in relation to the development of the business. The consultant in each of the sessions will answer the questions asked.
